Should Marin Crown be tradeable?

So I know the item got big red texts saying that it is not tradeable, but can we consider making it tradeable? It's rather odd that the other 2 birthday hats this year do not share the same restriction. I would love to trade some of my extra crowns away for more poring fedoras~
