The Allegiance Competition

What is the Allegiance Competition? It's an event that will replace this month's Trial of Heroes. Instead of the usual individual challenges, the participating heroes take on the challenges as a team.

The hosts of this event are GM-Ciar and GM-Luna.

General Event Rules (Applies to all trials)
• The parties will be created by a GM. If there's more participants than what 2 parties can allow, a player will be selected by the GMs to lead the third, fourth parties, etc.
• The event starts at the time specified above. No late entries are allowed.
• If you disconnect and want to return, PM the hosting GM immediately.
• There will be absolutely no GM intervention whatsoever outside of what is specified on each challenge. This means no heals, resurrections or skill usage, etc.
• No storage or heal will be provided after the trial begins, so make sure not to go over 90% during the fights!
• In the eventuality of a tie, a tiebreaker trial will take place. What trial is it? We won't say just yet!
• The Allegiances do not complete both trials at the same time. The trials are separate, and at different times. When one allegiance finishes their trial, the other will begin.
• There are no restrictions on items, gears, etc. that can be brought in to the event. This applies to the two challenges detailed below.
• Only Light or Dark players can join, regardless of how many allegiance points they have. Sorry neutrals, maybe someday!
• Absolutely no disrespect of other players or swearing is allowed.
• All rules here are subject to change at any time, with a post here or an announcement ingame on the day of the event.
• Each allegiance is responsible for their members' actions. This is a team effort, so it is advised to play accordingly.
  

The challenges are as follows:

Monster Fighting
• The Allegiance teams will fight waves of monsters, and whoever finishes faster or survives the most waves wins.
• The battle will take place on a single map, pre-chosen by the GM hosts.
• A few seconds will be provided in between waves for party preparation. During this moment, repairs can be requested to GMs, who will use #repairall.
• There is a 10 minute time limit to complete this trial. Party preparation time between waves consumes this time, so make the best use of it.
  

Crystal Challenge
• This is, or should be, a test of wit, skill and teamwork. The allegiances must travel through an area selected by GMs to find and destroy all 5 crystals. Whichever team finishes faster or destroys the most crystals wins.
• No gear repairs will be provided during this trial.
• There is a 15 minute time limit to complete this trial.
  

Participation Rewards - Each of the the allegiance's participating members will receive the following prizes for participating (winning or losing):
• 25 Battleground Points
• 5 Allegiance Points
• 2 Bloody Branches
• 1 Event Bag
• 1 ToH Voucher

Winning Rewards - For winning, each of the the allegiance's participating members will receive the following prizes, in addition to the participation rewards:
• 50 Battleground Points
• 10 Allegiance Points
• 5 Bloody Branches
• 1 Old Card Album
• 1 Hat Voucher
• 1 ToH Voucher

Update: The tiebreaker event for tomorrow will be a team trivia! The rules for it will be explained before it occurs, if it does.
