About castle rotation

Is it possible to open Alde castle for the next rotation?

Its been like 3 rotations since there was one Alde castle open.

Alde Castles have the retro flag (and decreased chests) so until the next WoE Update (hopefully this year...) those castles can't be opened, sorry. :/
