New User Issues

Hi. I've played RO before. Think several years ago, on a different computer. I downloaded the full client, and registered this account. However, when I try logging into the game, it says Failed to Connect to Server. This is the first time I'm trying to log in.

I am running Windows 10. I'm trying to make a virtual machine to test RO, but no luck on that. The game is fully patched. It is saved in my program files. I've been running as admin, and in compatibility mode. No luck either. Not sure what other information would be needed.

I would really like to be able to play. I would appreciate any and all help. Thanks!
