fishing rod

just wondering, if its possible to arrange it so that, for ppl who tend to lose their stuff or sell it by accident including fishing rods, can do the quest again to obtain a new one?

like for instance: they would have to gather the required materials or even more as a punishment + a service fee for the old man.

as strange as it sounds, i do know a few ppl who have sold theirs by accident multiple times x.o and they keep using different characters to obtain the rod again, but theyre running out to characters to make the rods with /swt. thanks for ur time.

How about fishing rod can break at 0.05% when fishing and letting people doing the quest again. >: )

Very evil idea Krim, trying to compete with Loki/Mystra?

In that case, yeah I would allow to make a new one with same ingredient. Until then will have to use alternate character sorry ^_^;

Better yet! Instead of breaking at 0.05% why not 1%? And making the quest longer and more difficult =O

Then, the next rod you get gets has a .5% chance of breaking and so on and so forth. =O

And if you sell it, then... The same thing Icon_biggrin

nah, i'd set an account variable in the npc that stated that once it was done on one character, then no other character could do the quest on that account, or if it were possible, make it IP linked Icon_lol

I like the fishing rod breaking idea, that might get a few more people to go mining, its so lonely down there, makes me think I'm like one of two miners on the server, Buff mining plox Icon_biggrin
