Suggestion: Novice + First Class WoE?

I was discussing a few things with some random people, throw the idea out and it seemed popular. Thus, ladies and gentlemen, I purpose a separate War of Emperium for novices (and/or super novices) and a separate War of Emperium for first classes (swordsman, mage, and maybe extended).

Ideally, they would occur at different times, with different castles and with maybe different castle treasure (or rewards of some sort?). Also a level cap could be present? (although I think a level 99 perma novice deserves to fight =P).

Possible Pros:
-fun
-easier for players
-gives more reason for creation of "low level" guilds
-provide players with additional structured pvp time
-provide access to additional castles
-provide additional access to treasure?
-provide opportunity for lower leveled characters to WoE
-make heRO more attractive server to new players
-provide alternative to regular WoE
-community development
-easily organized once developed
-additional outlet for troubled young =P

Possible Cons:
-difficult to program?
-lack of staff/heRO resources (time? money?)
-distract from other projects
-may have low/none participation
-server may lack adequate population?
-treasure/rewards may be unattractive?
-pvp/WoE action too simple (lack of skills)
-people with only high leveled characters will have to make new chars

Just a suggestion...
What does everyone think?

RE: Suggestion: Novice + First Class WoE?

We've had similar discussions before in heRO, but we decided to only do non-trans and no extended classes like Aldebaran. The most problematic one is the lack of participation. We only have 100 players if we exclude the auto vending merchants at WoE time. Not everyone PvP/WoE, so let's assume that only half of the server population goes to war. We already have 4 castles, so that's... 12-13 people in each castle only on average?

We do have something sketched out in terms of an alternative WoE, but that is barely into the planning and far off before we can even make mention of it for public inputs and opinions =(

(So, the best cure to this problem so we can have a variety of WoE: vote for heRO so we can grow as a server. Tell all of your friends about it! Icon_lol )

Wait, when you say extended classes do TKs feel in that category? If so thats just so unfair, TKs do have a job tree, we are just waiting for Gravity to give us a trans class already >.<

Extended classes get higher job stat bonus than regular 2-1 and 2-2 classes, that's why.
