Weird thing

I was dueling someone in arena with my noob archer (lvl 49) and everytime it died it came back to life...
What is the problem and will I get banned?

P.S: I don't use cheats or anything that is against the law...

In the last SVN Update everyone's save points (Kafra and /memo) were wiped. Since you have no save point to return to you just get spawned where you are. This even applies in PvP and WoE (Which is why someone got jailed for it >_>)

Save asap if you haven't yet.
