I got this error when i was warped to prontera from the novice training ground. Please help me.

you probably need to fully update your sakray *go to your ro folder and double click ragnarok.exe*

or download the newest sak then use the hero mini installer to patch it.

As Cloudy said, update Sakray and make sure you are patched with the heRO Patcher.

Did you upgrade to the sakray Ayu posted?

Run the heRO patcher as well and make sure it's patched.

If you still have trouble post a picture of your RO folder.
