Favorite Book Series (manga's included)

Im reading Shadow Puppets by Orson Scott Card and thats the part of the Shadow Series from Enders Game.

I've read basically everyone but that and shadow giant. Ive alse read from the Ender Series the Speaker For The Dead and Xenocide, Enders Shadow and Enders Game.

Its one of my favorite series but my favorites are either things from the .hack series, beet, Samurai Deeper. But I think the one I could probally read over and over again is
WDWF? a book written by a my Grandma's Uncle in Kenya.
Basically he rewrote a diary that he kept when he fought in the Second Congo Wars (Africas WW3) and he rewrote memories of what happened in it. He was a person who couldn't imagine killing anything, but ended up doing it everyday.

The first lesseon a revolutionary must learn is that he is a doomed man. Unless he understands this, he does not grasp the essential meaning of his life.
And thus he isn't a revolutionary if he doesn't understand.

Probably the Dalemark Quartet by Diana Wynne Jones or Prydain Chronicles by Lloyd Alexander. I have ready those series several times over, I just need to buy the last two books I'm missing in the Prydain Chronicles one day and stop trying to find them at the libraries...!

Earth's Children (by Jean M. Auel), my favorite book series by far.

The Outlander series (by Diana Gabaldon) is in my top 5, along with the Lords of the Two Lands + other books by Pauline Gedge even though they are not a serie.

I read Anne Rice a lot in my earlier days and enjoyed the Vamp chronicles. Other than that I usually read stand alone novels.

RE: Favorite Book Series (manga's included)

Well, I have two favorites that I can't just decide over. First is The Sword of Truth series, by Terry Goodkind, its a great series, but it is made for mature audiences, with its constant torture and killing and stuff, and also are very long, and there are 12 books in the series, 13 if you count the side story. But despite it all its still one of the best fantasy series Ive ever read.

The other series is the Pendragon series, by D.J. MacHale, a sci fi book more than a fantasy. I couldnt ever tell why I love Pendragon books so much, but the series is great, but meant for teens most likely. If you're dedicated you could probably read one of these books in 2 or 3 days.

I also read manga, but thats a bit harder to categorize into favorites for me. But if I had to pick, I would say that a few favorites are Kekkaishi, Eyeshield 21, and thats saying a lot since i dislike sports, FMA, and many more I can't remember right now.

And I also love the Prydain chronicles, though I haven't read them in years.

"The sands of time cannot be stopped. Years pass whether we will them or not... but we can remember. What has been lost may yet live on in memories."

Fusionon - 86/52 High Wizard
Tryon - 64/48 To be TK Ranker
Zikillio - 72/39 Crusader
Tionus - 77/48 Priest
And others who are less important.

Oh god, Speaker for the Dead and Xenocide are two of the most amazing novels ever written. Ender's Game is also very good, and something that everyone should read in a lit class before they graduate (it was made for this purpose!) but the other two stand above.

Another very intriguing body of work is The Mote in God's Eye and its sequel The Gripping Hand, by Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle. Those things give me nightmares. Moties are so alien, and so real, and so goddamned unstoppable.

Kroggles ensures the living stay living, and the dead stay dead.
Clobberella beats you up.
Teela Brown has a birdie!
Flosshilde communes with the very souls of the damned.
Walsung is actually pretty cool. For a guy made of metal.
