Just curious but....where'd they go?
I have seen the announcement but I never see any mobsters spawn anymore
What happened to them?

iono. the "be careful" announcement comes on every once in a while, but no mobsters.

Well I know that on official servers there's a quest to make them appear ... dunno if that works here ...
