Notes:
1. To start this quest, you need 1,000 fairy reputation points.
2. Similar to the Rachel Sanctuary Entrance quest, where the whole server must band together, The Red & Blue Fairy Wings Quest must have been completed by anyone in the whole server at least 5 times for this quest to become available.
2. You must be in the light or dark allegiance to start this quest.
3. The wings are account bound.
