1. Speak with Cate in Lutia Prison (lu_prison 95, 109).
2. Inquire with Cate and ask what's wrong. Offer to help her.
At this point you will need to have complete the Erland bounty.
3. Walk near Erland's cell at 17, 118.
4. Erland will apologize and mention that he dropped it at Lutia11 (outside Crystal Shore).
5. Head to Lutia11 104, 34 and look for an invisible 'Snow' NPC (under a tree).
6. Return the glove to Cate and she will offer to make you a White Cat Hood or a Cat Ear Beret.
The requirements for each are:

- 1x Kitty Band
- 3x Orange Dystuffs
- 2x Black Dyestuffs
- 1x Ring [1]
- 1x Apple Juice
White Cat Hood
- 1x Hood[1]
- 1x Kitty Band

- 2x white Dyestuffs
- 10x Fluff
- 10x Fabric
- 1x Apple Juice
