Quest Start Location: Spirit at lu_library 369 331
The final mission to finally find out what is causing the violent snowstorms in Lutie.
1. Speak with the spirit and read its book in the corner, leave the book opened. (/navi lu_library 369/331).
2. Find the Meteorologist one map south of Kaldheim at (/navi lutia08 40/64).
3. Go back to the Great library in Kaldheim and ask the Librarian about any book about The Ice Queen.
The librarian tells you that the book hasn't been returned since the last time someone borrowed it.
4. Go back to the Meteorologist (Brennan) and tell him about the missing book.
He tells you to go look for Richard in Crystal Forest (/navi lutia05 54/347).
5. You find Richard wounded, bring him a yellow potion or orange potion.
Return to the Meteorologist (Brennan).
6. Brennan then ask you to investigate the area near the Ice Castle (Crystal Forest) (/navi lutia05 205/171) Listen to what the ice queen has to say, then;
Return to the Meteorologist (Brennan) with the news.
7. Shocked by what the Queen said; the Meteorologist asks for you to go see the Mayor in Kaldheim (/navi kaldheim 103/130).
Once at the Mayor, tell him that you want to speak with the Queen.
8. The Mayor tells you to find Frida. Frida lives north of the Toy Factory (/navi lutia02 190/320).
9. Once at Frida, she give you a long list of items needed to make food for the Snow Queen, in hopes of getting inside the castle.
10. Once you give the items to Frida, wait 3 minutes until the food is ready.
Then go back to the Ice Castle.
11. When you arrive at the Ice Castle, talk to one of the Guards to enter the Castle.
12. Finally inside the Castle, take the food to the Snow Queen at (/navi ice_cas 243/70) and follow the conclusion.
13. Return to Brennan the Meteorologist for your rewards.
