1. On the south central part of Alberta, on top of a roof, you'll find Bebete.
2. She'll say you look like an angel and ask if you've been to Heaven. Answer "Let's keep the childhood innocence".
3. Bebete will offer to create a statue modeled after a baby angel if you bring her the following:
- 50 Feather of Birds
- 5 Holy Water
- 2 Muscovite
4. Bring her the items and she will craft the headgear.
