Quest Start Location: Manager at lutia04 177 78 (Mining Area)
Note- You have to repeat this quest a few times before Safe Mining quest is unlocked
1.Speak to the Manager at Lutia04 177,78. He asks you to deliver coal to one of the following places
1. The Silverwastes Mining Station - Coal Mine Manager ("Manager" - coal deliver npc, Lutia04 177,78)
2. The Ancient Observatory - Nyyrikkki - ("hunter"- meat hunt quest npc, Lutia07 35, 168)
3. Near Crystal Shore - Soloman - ("Fisherman" - Fish and deliver quest npc, Lutia11 86, 100)
4. Just outside Farsat- Annika ( "Shepard" - Lost sheep quest npc, Lutia06 178, 43)
5. Farsat Village - Dr. Hohenheim ("Scientist" - Predator quest npc , Inside the building, Portal at Farsat 45, 46)
6. Vitus Abbey Hospital- Tanja ("Nurse" - Herb quest npc, inside the building, portal at Lutia06 55,88)
7. Lutie Shore, Northeast Area - Marcus (" Doll Maker" - Pingvi Doll quest npc, Lutia01 251,261)
8. Kaldheim - Dylan (Kaldheim west side, Kaldheim 91,93 )

2. Go to the said NPC and deliver the coal, you will get 20 rep points
3. Go back to the manager and he will give you 5 rep points and some zenny.
