Donations from our players are more than welcome, and help us greatly in purchasing new materials and bandwidth for our dedicated server. However, fear not, we will never bother you for donations, they are always voluntary only!
Currency for donations is normally USD (United States Dollars), although CAD (Canadian Dollars) is accepted as well.
Rewards from donating
Here's is what you get for donating:
Donation for Regular Rewards:
Donation for Regular Rewards: For every 5.00$ dollars, you get the following
- 5 Old Purple Boxes
- 3 Allegiance Tokens
- 3 Delicious Cake
- 3 Gold
- 2 Rough Enriched Ore
- 1 Hat Voucher
- 1 Old Card Album
These rewards are cumulative, for example, for a donation of USD $40.00 a player would receive all of the following: 40 OPB, 24 Allegiance Tokens, 24 Delicious Cakes, 24 Gold, 10 Rough Enriched Ores, 8 Hat Vouchers and 8 Old Card Albums.

The $25.00 Value Pack includes the following:
- 20 Old Purple Box
- 12 Allegiance Tokens
- 12 Delicious Cakes
- 12 Gold
- 8 Rough Enriched Ores
- 4 Old Card Albums

- 1 Help heRO Hat (choice from any V4P gear in the page)
If making a donation for this package please simply let Pandora know when she comes to deliver the rewards in game. Quantities are not limited, meaning someone can donate $50 and receive 2 value packs.
Donation for Master Warp Pass
For $10.00 you can receive a Master Warp Pass. When consumed, all Warper NPC warps will be automatically unlocked on the character that used it. Warps added in the future will be unlocked as well, at the time of their release. Keep in mind, the warps only take you to a specific area. This means that some quests such as Kiel Hyre's Quest, Ayothaya Dungeon Entrance, or Prisma Cave Investigation might still be required to enter access further maps of a field, dungeon or town.
Note: This item is trade-able, meaning you can give or sell it to other players.
Donation for Pet
For $20.00 you can obtain a custom egg of any non-MVP monster of your choice. It must spawn naturally. The donator pets all have the same stats (copy of the monster Kasa) and their food is Candy. Monsters modeled after players (such as those in warzone) may not be chosen. This reward is also obtained automatically with cumulative donation of amounts $400, $700, $1000 and $1300.
Donation to Boost a Monster
For $10.00 you can select a monster to boost. The monster will for 2 months (60 days) have doubled drop rate (including card)!
Restrictions: Your selected monster cannot be a MVP or a mini-boss. It must spawn naturally. You cannot pick a monster that is currently Monster of The Moment if it already has a drop rate boost. You also cannot pick a monster already boosted by another donation. Event monsters are at GMs discretion. Speak to a GM beforehand to confirm a monster's eligibility.
Donation for Pandaring Backpack
For $10.00, you can obtain a Pandaring backpack. See Here for more info on the gear's effects.
Donation for Service:
GMs offer the services described below, each of these can be obtained with a donation of USD $5.00.
These are separate from donation rewards, as in if you donate 5$ you DON'T get a service AND 5 obb and such. You either get donation rewards OR a service. (You can however donate 10$ and get 1 service + 5$ worth of rewards, just mention how you want to separate your donation.)
Character Rename: You can rename 1 character.
Conditions:
- New name must be appropriate and in accordance to server rules.
- New name must use only characters allowed (refer to server rules).
- New name must be available (aka not taken by another player)
Include 3 names, in the order you would prefer them, a GM will confirm if they are available when your request is processed, and if not available you can choose other names.
Custom Item Transfer: you can transfer 1 normally "non-transferable" custom item to another account.
Conditions:
- If transferring a heroic gear, the other account must have same allegiance.
- The account you are transferring the item to, does not have to be yours (aka you can give it to someone else).
- The item must be custom, you cannot transfer official non-transferable gears. (Exceptions: Enriched Elu/Ori, Lucifer's Lament, Continental Guard Seal, and BG Gear)
- Nobility gems cannot be transfered.
- Voted GM Service Ticket cannot be transfered.
- Transfering Bee Wings will not transfer the quest variable / item section.
Gender Change for 1 account: changes the gender of all character on the account.
Conditions:
- Account must not contain any bard/dancer/gypsy/clown.
Full Allegiance Switch: you can change from light to dark or from dark to light, you will keep all your points (aka if you had 110 dark points and switch this way you will have 110 light points). All your gears will be changed to their equivalents, with cards and upgrades included (example gargoyle wings changed to luminous wings, cursed helm for blessed helm, etc.)
Gear Allegiance Switch: if you wish to change an Allegiance gear from a Dark account to a Light account or from a Light account to a Dark account without changing the Allegiance of either one, you can use this service to change the Allegiance of the gear itself.
Homunculus /Pet name change:
-Pet and Homunculus name change follows similar rulings to Character name change. New name must be appropriate and in accordance to server rules, although you can use the same name that's taken by another pet/homunculus in the server.
Guild name change:
- Must be guild leader.
Donation for Character Transfer Service:
This service costs double, therefore $10.00 and allows the transfer of a character from one account to another. The following conditions apply:
- Both accounts must have the same email (if your accounts have different emails you can send a Support Ticket to request an email change).
- Both accounts must have the same gender.
- There must be no items on the character except those that cannot be put into storage (such as The Sign or Nobility Gem), there are 2 exceptions to this, which are Bee Wings and Lucifer Lament, but only if their quest were done on the character being transferred.
- There must be no zeny on the character, and it should preferably be unguilded (if the character is a guild leader, let the GM team know when preparing the support ticket).
- There must be 1 free slot on the receiving account and it must correspond to the slot number of the character being transferred (character slots can be changed for free on the CP).
Donation Amount Cumulative Rewards:
We also give bonus to donation for every multiple of $100.00 donated, regardless if used for reward, value pack, master warp pass or service. Anyone who has donated a multiple of $100.00 over time is eligible (this means you could donate $40.00 and then a few months later $60.00 and since the total is $100.00 you would receive the first bonus, see this post for details on the items given.

Step 1: Register a Paypal account if you don't already have one www.paypal.com
Step 2: Select "Send Money" from the Paypal menu
Step 3: Enter the information required:
A) Amount you are donating
B) Who you are donating to, the email to use is: pandorathatsme@hotmail.com
C) Select Service
D) In the text box add which character(s) you can be found on in game to receive the rewards. You can specify what you are donating for (regular rewards, value pack, master warp pass or gm service) or you can tell Pandora in game when she meets you.
E) Also in the text box, if you want to be listed in the donator list please specify it (and if so, under which name).
Step 4: Review the information and confirm the donation
Step 5: You will receive an email confirmation of your donation to heRO
Step 6: Pandora will reply to you at the same email that you received the confirmation in Step 5 to let you know she has received your donation.
Step 7: Pandora will meet you in game to deliver the rewards or perform the GM service requested.
Note1: If the donation is an e-check, Pandora will wait for it to clear before sending a reply/delivering the rewards.
