Fishing Points

Each time you cast your rod at a fishing spot, you have a chance of earning a fishing point. These points serve as a measure of your fishing skill and influence several factors of fishing.

  • Location: The better fishing spots have a required number of points to fish at. Each spot also has a max amount of points you can earn before yielding 15 bait instead of further fishing points.
  • Fishing Success Points influence what you can catch. Higher points means higher chance of catching anything and higher chance of it being a fish. The effect points have is detailed below in the Odds section.
  • Fishing Gear: At 50 points, the fisherman will reward you with a Fish in Mouth.
