In order to get Styla to fix you up with one of her custom hairstyles, you'll need a Haircut Coupon.
Jenny, The Coupon Lady
One of the easiest ways to get one of these items is to visit Jenny the Coupon Lady in southwest Prontera (inside the building at 77, 93). Tell her that you're there for a coupon, and she will give you a set of items to collect. These are randomly selected.
Once you've obtained the items she requested, bring them back to her in exchange for 1 Haircut Coupon. It's that simple! If you happen to forget which items she asked for, you can talk to her again and she'll remind you.
