Surtur's astronomy room contains 3 glowing red star pedestals that can be clicked on. To disable the seal leading to Surtur's Chambers, all 3 must be activated at about the same time, within 5 seconds of the first one's activation. Once this happens, Surtur will send his forces to ambush you.
