Note: This Quest is repeatable.

1. Go to the Lighthalzen Hotel (North of where the Kafra and Warpers are).

2. Inside the hotel, enter the room to the Kafra's right (lhz_in02 248 278).

3. Talk to the drunken man at the bar (lhz_in02 273 281).

4. Agree to fight him. He'll ask you to get the following items:

• 1 Cobaltblue Dyestuff
• 30 Oil Papers
• 50 Fabric
• 20 Spools

5. Once you bring him the items, he'll create the necktie for you.
