Poor Willy has lost his hat and asks you to aid him in finding it. Travel around the docks of the world and visit his friends to help him recover it. Of course you first have to help his friends before they will help you to proceed along. Finish the quest and come to own your own Sailor Hat. This quest can be done once per account.
1. Meet Willy in Amatsu (211,90) who will tell you he has lost his hat and doesn't remember where he placed it, but he remembers one of the last places he went to was a night club in Comodo.
2. Go to the western docks in Comodo (150,118) and talk to Willy's Friend. He feels sick and asks for you to give him some Anodyne. After giving him that he tells you to head over to Moscovia.
3. Now to the Moscovia Docks (164,56) and talk to another of Willy's Friends who will ask for a Girl's Diary(Giftbox or Munak). He will tell you then to go to Hugel.
4. Go to Hugel (195,100) where the docks at the south eastern side and find another of Willy's friends who ask for a 3 Carat Diamond.
5. Go to Izlude (199, 183) near the ship to Byalan and another of Willy's friends ask for a 4 leaf clover (Giftbox, Eclipse, Breeze, Mandragora, Rafflesia).
6. Go to Alberta (177, 169) and find the last of Willy's Friend who can make a replacement hat. He needs 1 white Dye(dye quest or giftbox), 1 cobaltblue dye ( dye quest or giftbox and a Cotton Shirt[1] (Picky). After giving him these items you'll receive the Sailor Hat and can now give it to Willy.
7. Go back to Amatsu to be rewarded 3 Cookie Bags, 10 Sushi, and experience based on your level. You'll also be told to keep the hat you made in the previous step.
