The Snow Queen quest rewards the players with Base Experience, Job Experience, 5 Allegiance Points and the Frozen Diadem headgear. This Upper Headgear has 3 Defence, is Refinable, requires a minimum Base Level 60 to wear, and also has a chance of casting Frost Joker when hit.

The Snow Queen Quest

1. Head to Lutie, and go to the very northernmost point, past the toy factory. There you will see a young boy named Leon (139, 322). He tells you about his friend who was supposed to come visit when it's the first snow of the year, but she hasn't shown up. He asks for your help, and then sends you off to find her mother in Comodo.

2. Upon finding his friend's mother in Comodo (214, 306), she sends you to find her daughter in Amatsu.

3. Head to Amatsu (around (43, 116)) and talk to Yukina. Make sure to tilt your camera, as she's partially hidden by the overhang of the house she's beside. You'll find out that she doesn't remember Leon at all. You decide at this point to head back to her Mother to ask for help.

4. Head back to Yukina's Mother in Comodo. She tells you the truth about Yukina, and tells you to seek out a Researcher in the Prontera Library (118, 263). She warns you that the Researcher is often distracted, so you may need to be persistent.

5. Head inside the Western Library, and talk to the researcher twice. She tells you about how the method of restoring Yukina's Memory lies in finding pieces of her Memory across the world. She tells you she knows where they all are, but she needs time to research them. She sends you to Louyang first.

6. Head to Louyang. In the north-western corner (68, 292) you'll find the first Memory Fragment. Tilt and turn your camera to help find it-- it's partially hidden under the tower. The Fragment asks for you to bring 25x Skirt of Virgin to unlock her memory.

7. Give the Memory Fragment the 25x Skirt of Virgin, and it gives you a Fragment of Yukina's Memory. Take this back to the Researcher in the Prontera Library. She then tells you the next piece is at Amatsu.

8. Head to Amatsu. By the palace, on the rock wall (54, 265) is the second Memory Fragment. This Fragment asks you to bring it 200x Well-Baked cookies.

(Well-Baked cookies are most easily found in Toy Factory 1, from Cookies and Christmas Cookies. They can also be found in Cookie Bags.)

9. Give the Memory Fragment the 200x Well-baked cookies, and it gives you another Fragment of Yukina's Memory. Take this back to the Researcher in the Prontera Library. She then tells you the next piece is at Ayothaya.

10. Head to Ayothaya. In front of the Ayothaya Palace, between the pillars (211, 281) is the third Memory Fragment. This Fragment asks you to bring it 200x Ice Cream.

(Ice Cream can be bought from an NPC outside the Assassin guild for 100z each in groups of 5, or in bulk at Jawaii.)

11. Give the Memory Fragment the 200x Ice Cream, and it gives you another Fragment of Yukina's Memory. Take this back to the Researcher in the Prontera Library. She then tells you the next piece is at Rachel Sanctuary.

12. Head to Rachel Sanctuary. By the entrance, on the right side (211, 281)) is the fourth Memory Fragment. This Fragment asks you to bring it 100x Glacial Hearts.

(Glacial Hearts can be found mainly in Ice Dungeon-- Siroma, Snowier, Ice Titan, and Gazeti all drop them.)

13. Give the Memory Fragment the 100x Glacial Hearts, and it gives you another Fragment of Yukina's Memory. Take this back to the Researcher in the Prontera Library. She then tells you the next piece is at Prontera.

14. Head to Prontera. By the palace entrance, to the left and behind a tree (138, 335) is the fifth Memory Fragment. This Fragment asks you to bring it 50x Flame Hearts. Be sure to turn your camera as it is very well hidden behind the tree.

(Flame hearts can be hunted off Kahos in Magma Dungeon 1, or Gigs in Magma Dungeon 2-- but there are very few of them there, and it is very mobby. An alternate way to attain Flame Hearts is by killing Marduk in Sphinx 3 or by mining.)

15. Give the Memory Fragment the 50x Flame Hearts, and it gives you another Fragment of Yukina's Memory. Take this back to the Researcher in the Prontera Library. She then tells you the next piece is at Payon.

16. Head to Payon. Behind the Payon Palace (158, 267) is the sixth Memory Fragment. This Fragment asks you to bring it 5x Illusion Flower.

(Illusion Flowers can be obtained from killing Mavka in Fairy Queen's Garden / Moscovia Dungeon 3, or from Shining Plants.)

17. Give the Memory Fragment the 5x Illusion Flowers, and it gives you another Fragment of Yukina's Memory. Take this back to the Researcher in the Prontera Library. She then tells you the last piece is in Lutie.

18. Head to Lutie. On a house on the east side by some children (224, 165) is the seventh, and final Memory Fragment. This Fragment asks you to bring it 5x Snowflake.

(Snowflakes can be gotten off various monsters, including Garm, Garm Baby, Ktullanux, Stormy Knight, and the Snow Queen. You can also get them from Taming Gift Sets)

19. Give the Memory Fragment the 5x Snowflakes and it gives you the final Fragment of Yukina's Memory. Take this back to the Researcher, and she reveals who she really is.

20. You're warped into a small room, and in front of you is the Ice Queen herself!

21. After a small dialogue with the Queen, she asks you about the items you had to bring to her. The questions are rather easy to answer, so long as you pay attention to what she says. If, for some reason, you can't answer the questions properly the answers are as follows:

Skirt of Virgin -> Well-Baked cookie -> Glacial/Ice Heart -> Illusion Flower -> Ice Cream -> Flame Heart -> Snowflake

(I'm unsure if the order of questions were randomised-- but this order worked for me and one other person thus far. Confirmation would be great.)

22. After answering the Ice Queen's questions properly, she hands over the Frozen Diadem headgear, and warps you to Prontera. Before she warps you, she asks you to check up on Yukina to make sure her memories are intact.

23. Return to Yukina in Amatsu. Upon being reminded she has to meet Leon, she thanks you for reminding her with some experience! (1.5 million * Server Rate) Base Experience, and (2 million * Server Rate) Job Experience.

24. Return to Leon in Lutie, and he thanks you for telling Yukina to meet him. He rewards you with 5 Allegiance Points.
