An astonished artist is inspired by the mighty Wizard's Tower of Geffen and wants to create a new headgear based on the light and dark allegiance's Angeling Helm or Deviling Helm. Bring one of these two helms to the man and work together to create the Angeling/Deviling Tower Hats!

Step 1: Talk to the NPC in front of Geffen Tower (Middle of Geffen(128,117 ))

Step 2: He will require the following items:

• Poring Hat x1
• Drops Hat x1
• Poporing hat x1
• Marin Hat x1
• Fluorescent liquid x100
• Sticky Mucus x1000
• Little Ghost Dolls x50
• Poring Dolls x50
• yggdrasil Seeds x30
• Royal Jelly x50

Based on Allegiance you will need the following:

Light:

• Angeling Hat x1
• Necklace of Wisdom x1
• Red Bijou x25

Dark:

• Deviling Hat x1
• Necklace of Oblivion x1
• Blue Bijou x25

Based on the version of the Tower Hat you wish to make, you will need the following:

Deinlu:

• Citrin x10
• Biotite x10
• Peridot x10
• Fried Sweet Potato x1
• Autumn Red Tea x1
• Honey Grape Juice x1

Step 3:

You will receive the Tower Hat of your Allegiance with 1 of 2 following stats

• Stagvi: +3 vit, +2 agi, +1 str, Max SP +50, Reduce damage from long range attacks by 6% Defense 5
