In the middle of Prontera NPC named Gelasius appeared. And... he wants our help. Who would've thought? This time (unlike last year) we will have to go to Splendide. Since it may be hard for some, he lets us use his help for 50.000 zeny (20.000 zeny IF you've done the quest last year) to warp there.
So, you got to Splendide (which way you got there doesn't matter). Right near center there's the NPC Gelasius was talking about. Flaminia. Aha. So the couple from last year moved on to Splendide now and Flaminia wants us to give them a warm welcome.
After talking with Mercedes and Alden, you find out they want to skip Valentine's Day due to unpacking and other busy stuff. Not good... But, they tell us the gifts that they usually make for each other. Maybe Flaminia can help us?
Flaminia is indeed able to help us. He was tailor in the past and can make us tie and ribbon. All he needs is:
- Fabric 40pcs
- Soft Silk 5pcs
- Tattered Clothes 5 pcs
- Ribbon[1]
- Belt[1]
- Fluff 100pcs
After getting all this and returning to Flaminia he hands you a tie and a ribbon. Talk with Mercedes and Alden again then return to Flaminia. He'll be so happy that he will offer us a reward.
