Welcome Lady
The Welcome Lady is a special NPC at the Novice Grounds who helps heroes get started on their journey to 99/70. She is located directly to your right when you first log in on a new Novice character. Speak to her and take her quiz - which pertains to the server's rules - to receive special rewards. These rewards differ slightly depending on how new your account is and how many characters you've created.
Speaking to the Welcome Lady on any new Novice character will also unlock the warps to Prontera, Alberta, Geffen, Izlude, Morroc, and Payon. Once you've passed through the Novice Grounds, there are also other quests that can help you unlock more warps while earning other rewards and learning about heRO's many custom features.
Note: The Welcome Lady's quiz is MANDATORY for the first character on any new account. It can be skipped for all subsequent characters on that account, but if you skip it, you will not receive rewards.
