1. After completing the Rachel Sanctuary quest, go into the first floor of the dungeon.<br><br>
2. Head South and find the NPC Outcasted Follower (127,79). Speak to her and she will tell you about how she is collecting beautiful masks and about how her grandmother used to have thousands of them, until they were outcasted and the masks were lost.<br>
