I updated RO and Sakray but my Skills window isnt showing up properly... Just wondering if its a Windows 7 thing, as everything else works fine.

Look at the other threads about that. There are lots. Mostly it is a sakray problem.

Skills not showing up is a common problem with sakray not being fully up to date with the server (i had the same issue). I'm sure theres lots of other posts around about fixing it, but if you cant update sakray the normal way (also common ever since sakray moved into the renewal), try getting ragray ( http://www.ragray.net ) it worked for me to get my skills back. If your sakray is patched full to ep 13.2 and the skills still arent showing, then im not sure whats up
