Can anyone please tell me wheter stalker Strip skills are still affected by any stat or if it's a base chance?, Thanks.
It's affected by Dex, and your target's Dex.

Edit :

Supposed formula :

Success Rate [%] = 5 + (5 * Skill Level) + (Dex Difference / 5)
So it never got changed?
To what?
I heard a couple of months ago that it got changed to Luk, and recently I heard that its not affected by anything anymore.

Quote:Effect: On player in PVP: Takes equipped weapon, shield, armor and helm off player and prevents a reequip of ANY weapon, shield, armor and helm for a certain time. On monster: reduces Attack by 10% and DEF by 30% for the skill's duration. Full Chemical Protection counters this skill. Success Chance is (5+2*SkillLV)%.

^ RMS skill description btw.
Yeah, I saw RMS says that. So, in all honesty, I'm not sure anymore. Ingame it says the same as RMS.

So I dunno then.
It's not modified by anything, read skill description.

Skill descriptions mostly lie or just don't have all of the info in them.

Can we get a GM to clear up the Skill Code for us? ;o

eAthena Bugtracker Wrote:All strip skills:
Info: Minimum success is 5%.
eA: Minimum success is base success.
(confirmed, fixed)

Normal strip skills:
Info: Chance should be 5%+5%*level and only for Full Strip 5%+2%*level.
eA: Chance is 5%+2% for all strip skills.
(confirmed, fixed)

[%] = 5 + (2 * Skill Level) + (Dex Difference / 5)

????* Fixed up the base success rate of normal strip skills - normal strip skills: 5% + 5%*level - Full Strip: 5% + 2%*level

I think it's pretty clear, with all the references to BASE success, that it includes something other than skill level.
