ok, to start you off, you might wanna check http://www.ratemyserver.net (RMS), and just google for doddler's RO site, iRO wiki, RO data zone, and of course the calculators (RO ratorio is what i usually use nowadays)

customs info specific to HeRO are all in the forums and wiki
