White herb is usually 500z only... why is the herb more expensive than the white potion sold by NPC? =(

It's more expensive in fact, unless you count it with Discount/Haggle.
Though yes, those white herbs are truly expensive.

Firecrackers can also be bought in Hugel for 100z each in bulk of 5, if that can help you define a price for this.

Ive seen ori going for 10-15k each. Not sure On elu, I think its still 20k a piece.

How much you looking for on the velvet hat?

People have asked me about velvet hat before, and I really have no idea about the price. I tried price checking, and got no answer ;p

I'm thinking about keeping it since it's pretty nice when upgraded, but I will consider trading it for a Glittering Jacket, just cuz I need the jacket more than the hat right now.

I got a couple of velvet hats for 1.5mil at vend. So the price is usually around 1.5-2.5mil
