Cons:
*??It have to be used with either the dex-survivor's rod or the int-survivor's rod.??

doesn't that mean, that the damage reduction from neutral elements is only 10%?

I think since some private server MAY be able to over upgrade the gears surpassing +10, so i assume that it'll only max at +5% magic attack and neutral resistance +30% even when the gear is +11 or more.

Renewal allows refines over +10.
