Well, It's nice to have??Nice, albeit Outdated gears, and have??High leveled Characters to??do??stuff with. However, if you do that, you run the risk of Noob elitists going "Who the crap are you?"
Not sure who you're friends were back when you used to be active,??but I'm sure most, if not all of them are inactive now. Might be slightly easier, might not be, to make a new character, and make new memories with whoever the crap's here right now.
If you make new characters, you're going to have to go through more work to get them up to par with your old ones. And with both your old ones and your new ones, you're probably going to have to work to??get your gears updated.

It's your choice, and It's not my place to decide. Overall, the people here are pretty decent most of the time, and you could probably make trillions of zeny selling all those seal cards and poring cards and poporing cards and all the cards you guys deemed useless back in the day (depending on how many you have) !

I suggest you play your old char, but if you feel like a different class new one is always fun too!
use the same account, use old chars to farm high end gears you need, but at the same time make a new one to get to know even moar ppl...
