I would pay 3m per +7 Guard (need about 10 of it). If you don't agree with this price, please tell me what you want to have for it.

white smiths can only refine weapons not armor D:.

yes i know, but i have heard that they have better chances at the NPC, but i'm not sure if its really true. it's an old myth, maybe it isnt true at all (can't find anything on the web regarding this issue)
