Is anyone else having issues with the Vote for Points function in the CP?

The last four times I voted, I wasn't given any points...

I should have 22 points, but instead I have 18.

Should I just put in a ticket?

logout and click the claim you unclaimed votepoints. if that doesnt work. send a ticket
