The Sniper build is, 99 DEX/AGI. The Alche build is for fishing, Full STR.The Sniper has most of the basic quests done. (Nameless, etc.) I don't think it has Kiel/Sign Quest done. It has almost all the warps unlocked. And no, the SB is staying the same.
