Umm... Hi... I Registered In HeRO in Forums And In-Game Before I Downloaded it... The First Time I Tried, I Failed To Download It Because My Computer Doesn't Have Free Space And It Says It Will Take Me 300 Hours , Months After Months Later, I Had Enough Memory, And It Only Took Me About 1 And A Half Day To Download... I Installed It, But I Forgot My Username In-Game, So I Made Another In-Game Account Because I Have Two Emails... I Still Have my Forum Acc Because My Other Email Kept The Forum Account Information...But I Never Recieved My In-Game Information... So If Any GM could help me get my OTHER in-game account, Please Help. My Forum Information Has My Email Address So If Someone Could Find My Other In-Game Account( Which I'm Not So Sure If I Really Made One Since I Didn't Get The In-Game Account Information.) Or If Someone Could Tell Me Wether I Created One Or Not, Since HeRO Already Mailed Me About My Inactivity In My Acc,Which I'm Not Sure if It's The Forum Account Or The In-Game Account I'm Talking About. It Would Be Appreciated, Thx.

Maybe fill a ticket directly to the GMs? They rely a lot on that over here.

1st thing: wrong section.
2nd thing: yes there's a section to report any problem you may have called "report".

Ok, so what you need to do: fill a ticket with your email (the one for your missing account) and we'll send a new password to this email with the login. That's the only option we have. DON'T POST YOUR INFO HERE PLEASE! use the ticket system. Thx
