I'm pretty sure heRO doesn't have this... so i'm suggesting it
It's one of my fav hats from my previous server, so I really want it on heRO

Character simulator has updated to a bunch of new headgears. They look AWESOME, please consider the hats there too! I know heRO has a variety of custom headgears, but a lot of the new ones are really nice. I hope GM's will add them into the Hatter or some custom quest... please!????

I love the new official hats too, it would be exciting to see them added.

No idea if we have the graphics in our SVN or not.
But that would be a funny hat to wear. Looks pretty cool overall. :3

The sprites exists on some free sites, that I'm sure Pandora already knows about.
