What level are you looking for? And job for that matter.
if 99/70 I'm afraid I can't afford since noone would want to sell, lol. So around 8x is nice.

Anyone selling?
Leveling an alchemist, slow but super easy.
Leveling a creator, slow until 112 base INT, then moderate w/ AD until base level 90, then faster than most other classes could hope to solo level.
Spend that 20m on gearing a Creator that you make yourself, you'll be way better off.
xD. There is like 5, 99/70 creators on the server and I think none of them are in for selling their hard work.

@Seth: yeah, I don't expect 99/70 creator, I could buy one and train to 70 job myself.
