bradium shields used to rot in vends for like 1m. Now that the quest is in, supply might be lower but i don't see a reason why it should be that much higher.
cross shields have stabilized a little bit under 10m imho. Could even be as low as 6-8 if you frequent the vends.
Thorn shields are 2.5-4m, but competition is high so you might wanna hunt some yourself.
