Can somebody help me?

I managed to login a while ago but after changing my character, I can't access the game now.. it just loads a long time and says "Failed to connect to server" .

I can enter the server but not any of my characters..

Any quick fix for this? Cry

just keep on doing it, happens to me sometimes for unknown reasons Cry

btw, have u confirmed the msg sent on your email? that might be it, just saying Icon_smile
