Hiho,

i think removing the berserk related mute would significantly raise playing comfort for all lks (on top of that i guess it should be easy to code)

having conversations does not only improve grinding experience,its a key feature of any mmo.
I also often feel impolite if i dont answer a friend who pms me or if i cant apologize after accidentally ksing someone (sorry smiles often get overlooked in the heat of the battle)

Well anyways, it won't get removed for the same reason blind won't get removed from Demon of the S,M,S, they're both powerful skills that require a drawback. Not just because its RO default (: or else gears wouldn't get nerfed.

I think the main difference is that demon gives a technical boost (insane aspd) and has a technical drawback (dont think anyones kill speed wouldnt be affected by perma-blindness)
Frenzy on the other hand gives a similar boost, but the main drawback is a social one that doesnt affect your actual fighting abilities (since you dont get distracted that much it can even be better with frenzy)
I dont see why that is necessary,since frenzy does have enough technical drawbacks (mainly no skill usage cripples the user badly)

Shini is just butthurt from his fight about the bragi issue, mine on the other hand is based on what was discussed in the Demon thread a while ago, also for regular PVM not being able to chat is just an annoyance, but in a WoE scenario it can be a lot more hurtful than it may seem.
tbh i dont see why gravity did that. chatblock on using a skill? maybe for roleplaying purposes but it's totally stupid imo. well, if this wont get approved, i suggest using vent Icon_biggrin
I remember when i was married to Jens in game and we went to dungeons where he'd zerk and either use a chatbox or msn to let me know what he wanted to tell me, but using one of those killed us sometimes because he could not let me know to put my guard up or to teleport away. I don't really know why zerk has this as 'downside' of the skill, its kinda weird in a way.
@shikari: being able to spam MS and ice wall in town is RO default as well~~~~
but since its disturbing, there's some rule for it for heRO.

Rules don't equal modifications, think about that for a bit eh? The modification won't happen because believe it or not that skill can be used in woe, and in woe not being able to relay info can affect the results; ie, if for whatever reason an LK gets to emp and decides to break it using Zerk, some..lets say Sinx shows up (from another guild that isnt the one holding the castle) he can't warn people to get there faster or they won't get the castle.

So your simple and ignorant reason of "because its default" is entirely invalid, there actual reasons why its implemented and still on the server, if there was no reason it'd have prolly gotten removed a while ago.
