what do I need to do to fix this?

Well from what I see right off the bat, did you install the game where a previous server was installed? (W/ the files from the other still there I mean)

Depends on the server, but it's usually better if you install it in a clean folder.

arghhh that means i have to wail more lol, do u have any suggestions on how i can fix this without using the clean ro?

o.o why can't you just install it on a new folder?

anyways, maybe the .grf file, launcher and patcher.

However if your previous server used the renewal updater I think you'll have to make a new folder anyways.
