How do I get the big fish hat? In the wiki it says you need 70 fishing skill points and do the fishing mastery quest. Who do I talk to and what items do I need to start this quest and get the hat? I already have 70 fishing skill points. Any help appreciated.

I see. Can you fish the bottles at both fishing spots? And which one has a higher chance to get the bottle?
