Do I download HeRO into the same folder where the binw32.dll file is? And if some files are the same, will it mess up the compatibility of the other private server if I do?

Both servers have lots of different custom things from each other, and I don't want to end up having to try and redownload everything again to fix it.
Servers generally have their own data files, so you should be able to install them into the same folder. Then you need to use each server's own client program to run them.
Usually this works fine.
However, it can also clash and end up being problematic, due to how the client deals with reading in the various data files.

It can also cause problems with heRO if the other server keeps usage of the data *folder*.

So, while it is possible for it to not cause problems, we always suggest you install each folder onto a clean copy of Ragray in their own folders.

As for the DLL, run the file name + fix through Google. It's a fairly common error for games that use the file.
So I should download the Ragray and Mini Installer then?
Yes its better to do that.
I was checking many servers before and they rarely worked if I installed the mini installer over the already modified Ragray.
Welcome to HeRO Icon_biggrin
when i played on 2 servers at the time the only thing i needed to do was to opent the data notepad thinger (like a .dat file and you can open it and change the contents ) and copy it from both versions, then paste it on a regular notepad, and then just replace data's contents with whicherever's original data

thats how i did it Icon_smile
