what do?

Most likely its because your ragray is outdated, so you don't have the map. Reinstall using the latest version and it should work.

If you have an old install just updating using heRO patcher isn't always enough, the heRO patcher only updates custom stuff, not official stuff.

If you want to get your character out of there, so you can use it in the mean time, file a support ticket with the name of the character and we can take care of it.

thanks. i tried filing a support ticket after the event but it just won't load. ill try it again

*bump* getting GM's attention. ticket i sent was read and given the proper action but i'm still erroring when i log in my character. replied on ticket, im not sure if answered tickets are still getting read answered again
