like u guys see, in halloween quest, gms gave us very fun item reward that drop from Hanz mvp - ghostring scoll (thx to u :x). i saw it very helpful in bg and somewhere.
so it is not fun if we cant see it again after event gone and only can get it in event next year ( too long to way).so i suggest to put it in to V4P reward so u guys may use their point to get it sometime and enjoy. the point value with torken or somethings like that.
u guys know V4P also take time to get too and scoll only use in 1 min. so i think it's fair between the price and benefit the scoll bring to us.and people not only use it in pvp, they can use it for some mvp that spam EQ too much.

Or they can finally add Hanz to the BB list like they did Midnight Jack, Piamette, and that Byalan 4 Custom MVP.

though i dont generally mind adding custom mvps in bbs,a problem is that those usually dont have cards and therefore lower the "real bb value" somewhat since imo most people who tend to blow several 100s of bbs do it for the card chances (at least i do).
We already have i think 6 customs in that dont drop cards (your mentions + kublin,santa girl, skoll).
Also,Hanz has very similar drops to Midnight, lowering the value of those items that drop from both even more.
dont know if every mvp has the same chance to pop up from bbs,
maybe midnight and hans can share a slot?
my vote: shared slot and custom mvp cards for those

But i think. We dont get it every time bbs and ea time hanz only drop 1. How very rarely it is! I point to the society of it. All people may enjoy it and make real their dream in short time. U know still have the people who never mvp or cant not mvp with their char and they cant call their party with only 1-2 bbs.so when will they get the scoll. And add it in v4p also make people work hardly in vote for hero xD.
Think again guys. I want to use it again. And i never get midnight from bbs in my life. How bad my luck is!
since you particularily mentioned the bg use,why not just put them is as an optional bg reward?
v4p is always a tricky thing since its easy too overflow their occurrence, though itd have a nice side effect that people would vote more regularily.
I got the impression that there are lots of people who have the good mids/lowers and dont feel voting urge as much as they did when v4p started.

might also silence those "whaaa,gr in oca was so unfair" cryers since theyd a) have a chance to use gr too and b) realise that gr isnt almighty

Anyway, i second the motion of not adding ghostring scrolls to anything, well, maybe to hanz but at a very low drop rate (2% or less).
first, i dont think we should add it to bg reward because bg point should hard to get and people should use their point to get gear, so it so waste to use point to get a scoll that work only in 1 min.
Second, yes, gr + marc amor is crazy, but that crazy is only happen in 1 min and how long u need to get 1 scoll ? 5 (to get 20 point voting) day and u have to focus on voting. the people with regu gr card, they also have the hat that resis 50% freezing. how crazy it is with the permanent gr! and we -the non-gr people, we only have 1 min to be in ghost , so what is unfair if we immune freezing?
we need 5 day to get 1 scoll, and remember bg happen more than 1 min while scoll only work in 1 min. they may vote hard to get it but if theydont know way to use it in time it still weak.
