Hi guys =)
I play heRO from more than 2 years. Some week ago, my patcher started to display a pop-up window with the written " Failed to get /patches/patchlist.txt ".
I have read everything about this around the forum and on the net, I tried to fix that, I uninstalled heRO and reinstalled it a few times, but the problem is still on. I tried to download the patcher but pandoraonline.net doesn't work. I run Windows XP, here's a screenshoot of my heRO folder (the last time I re-installed it I created a Gravity and a RO folder in it and then installed heRO in it in order):

Please help me out, I'd like to restart play heRO (it's the best server I ever played :D)
I would suggest authorizing heRO in your anti-virus/firewall and seeing if that would work. If not send in a support ticket and we'll see what we can do to help you with this.
is the problem with heRO patcher or RO patcher?

I use Avira anti virus, and it never gave me problems with heRO. By the way, I tried to switch it off and patch again, but it still give me the problem. I tried to send a support ticket, but pandoraonline.net doesn't work.. Infact, if I try to go to control panel or something liked with pandoraonline.net, it gives me a page load error. This problem with pandoraonline.net is on since I had the patch problem.

@Millia HeRO patch doesn't work, but still, if I try to run the other patches on the heRO folder, they don't work too.
heRO now runs on Sakray and if you have an old client from 2 years ago, I suggest you get the last version.

That should fix everything right up.

It is also recommended that you do not run heRO with another server, use a new folder for heRO.

The patches, support ticket and the control panel are hosted on the same website, so at this point your problem is not RO game related. Your computer is blocking that website, it's either anti-virus or firewall, so I recommend you check those again, you may also want to try a different browser.

Uhm... So the problem might be on the internet itself.. I don't use firewall, and I already tried to switch the antivirus off, but that doesn't work: pandoraonline.net and patcher still don't work. Would you tell me how to fix this, please?

Btw thanks to everyone for helping me so far =)
My problem was that it just stopped being able to patch. After I downloaded the patch manually(the hero grf) from a link posted here and updated it with that I could patch up again later when an update came through the patch client.

I guess something from an earlier patch just broke something for some people. I'd try to do a manual patch and see if you can patch with future updates through the patch client.

The patch, cp and ticket seem to be working for everyone we asked, so the problem is on eleilgaug's computer or router, which is blocking the website those 3 are on, we don't know why exactly.
