Those look really nice.

For a slight suggestion, I would personally prefer if all Passive skills were just bubbles, like the Basic skill or Weapon mastery skills.

I agree, was thinking of using the bubble for all of them, so might put all passives like that. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hmm. I'm now thinking of rather than making them different colors, having one color per Job, but change the colors of the icons on top of the other icons. For instance :
Instead of ->
Or, instead of ->

Then, I can make for example, all the back-parts of the icons for each Job the same (such as red for Acolyte, Blue for Champ, Purple for Priest, etc.
Can't decide if it'll look better.

Opinions?

Okay, did it over in what looks (imo) better.
Each class tree (Acolyte, Thief, Merchant, etc) will have its own color, each class (Thief, Assassin, Rogue) will have its own back design, and trans classes will have golden back design unique to each class.

What about those classes who share the same skills such as saders having heal as well? Wouldn't it come out as being red like the acos heal or are the files in separate folders?
