I've seen them sell from 2m-17m during Fairy Auction. Considering it's an item only available 12 times a year for purchase through the Auctions, I would consider it a semi-expensive item.
January 2013 - 15.5m
December 2012 - 8.5m
November 2012 - 3.5m
As you can see it varies, so it would depend if someone is willing to sell and how much they want to charge in order to part with it.
