i've patched, turned off firewall and run it as admin&win XP SP3

still cant

i'm using the full installer+BGM...

Did you install heRO into a new folder? The background for your heRO client is not the one that mine has.. Just a strange observation.

i folowed some post who has problem with win 8

(but mine is win7)

oh and btw i put hero at local disk > hero

and.. do my client different?
i downloaded the full instaler+BGM at hero-server.net though..

oh and... maybe for some provider, we need a VPN..
I'm desperate, why at my office i can play heRO normally but when i'm home i cant..
then i'm try to use hotspot shield (UK VPN) then it works....
